Trade parking allocations at off-site locations will enhance accessibility for services users during their visits at South West Healthcare.

Multiple contractors are allocated to deliver construction works at our various South West Healthcare sites each day!

Parking allocation in the healthcare precinct is undergoing adjustments to accommodate ongoing construction activities at South West Healthcare’s Warrnambool Campus. This includes refurbishment works on the Community Mental Health department on Koroit Street, expansion of the Emergency Department on Ryot Street and the commencement of decant works for the Warrnambool Base Hospital Redevelopment. The ensure continued availability of community-based parking around the hospital, specific trade parking zones have been designated. These zones are situated at the rear of 301 Timor Street and 321 Timor Street, where decant works will create a new pre-admissions clinic. In addition, temporary changes to car parking arrangements within South West Healthcare’s Community Health precinct will support the refurbishment of Community Mental Health facilities. This project aims to enhance the community waiting area and provide improved public meeting spaces for those utilising this service. To support timely construction activities whilst maintaining public parking availability, a dedicated trade parking zone has been established. Additional public parking spaces for Community Health service users are allocated on Hider Steet. We kindly advise community members attending appointments in Community Health to allow an extra 10 minutes before their scheduled appointments to accommodate potential parking delays.
