South West Healthcare Supplies can be found in the main foyer of Warrnambool Base Hospital. Warrnambool Base Hospital is located on Ryot Street.

NDIS Registered Provider

South West Healthcare Supplies is a registered provider under the NDIS and assists our clients with their consumable needs with a comprehensive range of continence supplies, nutritional supplements and assistive technology.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs Rehabilitation Appliances Program

We also provide prescribed mobility and functional support (MFS) equipment under Department of Veterans’ Affairs Rehabilitation Appliances Program.

  • Terms and conditions

    Terms and conditions

    1. A refundable deposit is required for all hire items. The deposit will be refunded when all equipment is returned in a satisfactory condition.
    2. The hirer will be liable for any repair costs to the equipment that occurred during their hire period.
    3. The hire commences on the date the equipment leaves South West Healthcare Supplies and will only be terminated once the equipment is returned or South West Healthcare Supplies is requested to collect the equipment.
    4. Minimum hire period of two week. Billed up-front in four-week cycle with any unused weeks refunded when the product is returned.
    5. Note: Make and model of hire items may vary depending on availability for hire. Our team will confirm availability of requested items.
    6. Any costs for delivery or collection will be at the expense of the hirer.
    7. Prices are subject to change without notification.
    8. All equipment remains the property of South West Healthcare Supplies.
    9. If the hirer decides to purchase the equipment from South West Healthcare Supplies after the first two weeks of hiring, then two weeks hire will be deducted from the hire charges.
    10. South West Healthcare Supplies holds the right to end the hire if payment is not received or the equipment is being misused or damaged.
    11. Any repairs or modifications are to be only conducted by South West Healthcare Supplies or an authorised representative.
