The Pain Rehabilitation Clinic is a specialist clinic that provides a team of professionals, a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and mental health counselling support to focus on how to help you self-manage and live well with the presence of persistent pain. The program is conducted in small groups and individual assessments over a 6 week period.
The Pain Rehabilitation Clinic is based at the Warrnambool Base Hospital in the Community Health Building. A specialist referral is required from your GP. The referral will be assessed by the team and staff will contact you to organise your initial assessments in order to commence the program.
Contact the Community Health Access and Intake for any queries about the program.
