In consultation with each patient and their referring physician (GP or Specialist), we plan and oversee medical anti-cancer treatment to help patients achieve the best possible health outcome. The treatment may include a combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy or hormonal therapy, sometimes alongside other treatments such surgery or radiotherapy.
Adult patients over 18 years of age with early or advanced cancer in need of further diagnostics, systemic anti-cancer therapy and follow-up support.
Urgent care is available after an evaluation in the Emergency Department.
You should ask your GP or other medical practitioner to refer you to this service. You can always contact us if further advice is needed.
You should bring a signed Consent and Registration Form. This will be sent to you by SWH after your appointment has been booked.
Please bring an up-to-date list of all your medications.
You can also bring a list of questions you may have regarding your condition.
You may bring a family member/support person, if this is helpful.
