The HMHB program is staffed by community health outreach workers/nurses/midwives who can support you during pregnancy and for up to eight weeks after birth.
The aim of the HMHB program is to improve the health and wellbeing of mothers, babies and their families.
There is no cost to be involved with the program.

Your first appointment will be up to 90 minutes long and located in Warrnambool Community Health building. Please bring current details of your GP and other services you are working with. HMHB is able to conduct home visits after this first appointment if applicable.
You can self-refer to the HMHB program by calling or texting the HMHB Outreach Worker on 0481 915 575. Alternatively, feel free to discuss referral to the program through your midwife or doctor.
