Questions about your appointment

If you have questions about your up-coming appointment, you can contact the relevant service following the links below.

Let us know if you can't attend

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange another time.

However please be aware that changing or cancelling your appointment:

  • May cause a delay in your treatment
  • Will prevent another patient from being offered an appointment.

Due to high demand, we may be unable to change your appointment. In these circumstances, we cancel your appointment and you go back onto the waiting list.

If you need to re-schedule your appointment, you will need to ensure your referral document has not expired. If the document has expired, you will need to notify your doctor to obtain a new one.

If you don’t contact us and do not attend your appointment, you may be discharged from our service.  A letter will be sent to you and your GP to advise you that this is the case.
