Rapid Assessment Community Evaluation (RACE)
^{The RACE team of nurses assess aged care residents and community rehab patients to help prevent hospital presentation. The nursing team provides assessment and management of acute medical conditions, where specific management would otherwise require a resident to briefly attend an Emergency Department. The initiative aims to keep residents happy, healthy and in their homes.}

Urgent Care Centre (Camperdown)

Wound Management
^{The Wound Management team includes a specialist nurses in the science of wound healing. A Nurse Practitioner and Clinic Nurse Consultant will provide care for any patient with a wound or at risk of developing a wound.}
