IF you are booking for your 1st dose COVID-19 Vaccine wait at least 7 days after having your flu vaccination.

South West Healthcare is providing the COVID-19 vaccine to the community. The priority for access is in accordance with Commonwealth guidelines.

How to book

To book a vaccination you must answer ‘yes’ to one of these questions:

– Are you over the age of 40?

– Are you a carer?

– Are you a quarantine or border worker? (Including household contacts)

– Do you work in healthcare, aged care or disability?

– Are you an aged care or disability care resident?

– Are you a high risk worker including meat processing and emergency services?

– Do you identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person? (Over the age of 18)

– Do you have an underlying medical condition or significant disability?

– Do you have a role as a Consumer Advisor or Volunteer in a health service?

Astra Zeneca: 1st and 2nd dose vax. Walk- in’s available. Booking (until Friday 6th) can be done here.


If you have been unable to book using the above method, and you are eligible for a vaccine, you can place your name down on the Pfizer waitlist.

Vaccination Centre Locations

  • Camperdown Vaccination Clinic: Camperdown Killara Centre, 210 Manifold Street. Enquires: 5593 7300


If you are more than two hours late to attend your appointment time, your booking will be forfeited for the day and you will need to request a new appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call 1800 965 144 or email and write ‘unable to attend’ in the subject line.

2nd Vaccine Dose

If you have received your first dose you will be sent an invitation to book your second dose at a special clinic. Please regularly check the email you used to register for your vaccine for the invite.

Walk-in appointments

Walk-ins available for 60+ only. Walk-ins are accepted, although you are encouraged to book ahead. If you walk in, you should be prepared to wait until an immuniser is free to provide you with a vaccine.


Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine

SWH is currently vaccinating people aged 40-60 years old and those in priority groups with Pfizer Vaccine. Pfizer is available by appointment ONLY at SWH Vaccination Centre

Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine

SWH is currently vaccinating people 40 years and over with AstraZeneca. Appointments and Walk-in capacity available at SWH Vaccination Centre and Killara Centre Camperdown.
*People aged 16-40 can only access AstraZeneca through participating GP clinics.
*People aged 40-60 will need to read important information link below.
