For all but 18 months of his cooking apprenticeship (in 1976 we relocated our Food Services to Lyndoch while we built the kitchen he’s worked in ever since) he’s been a significant part of our catering team.
This afternoon, daughters Elli and Molly surprised their dad with this special cake to celebrate his long career. All of us here at SWH also want to congratulate him. He’s a great chef (and dad) and a lot of fun to be around. Congrats Gary. Here’s to another 45 years.
