Our Warrnambool Base Hospital kitchen team’s also serving – as we speak - a French-inspired baked salmon with beurre blanc sauce, a Gyros open lamb souvlaki, Asian cashew chicken, a Singapore chicken laksa and a good old Aussie chicken parma and chips. A bowlful is $5. And they’ll be doing it all again tomorrow, with a whole new bunch of global recipes.
The crew in the kitchen at our Camperdown Hospital are doing their final prep for the 12noon shared lunch planned for the gardens of Merindah Lodge tomorrow. The $5/person cost will be donated to the bush fire appeal.
